I am pleased to announce that this is a 1=2 archive... yes, you read that right. Here, stories that are showcased are meant to paint Heero and Duo as equal lovers, without all that seme/uke crap that people tend to get so bogged down by. This is an idea that's important to me and, as I'm sure, many other fans of Heero and Duo, and I hope you come to embrace it too!

4/5/10 - Sorry I've been slow with updates; I've been so tired lately, trying to find a job, prepare for some upcoming artist allies (Anime North and Anime NEXT) and do as many commissions as possible to keep up with rent, that sometimes there just isn't enough time in the day, which sucks. Anyway, I will try and get as much as I can up as fast as I can: for now, newest chapter of my fic, The Forsaken is up, as well as a bunch of artwork from me and one birthday gift from Katkitoshi. There is an old piece of giftart from Tsubasa no Kami I've been meaning to put up for a while, as well as the coloured version of some of my lineart, which we collaborated on. Enjoy!

1/16/10 - OH SHIT SON, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Big update to kick things off this year. New chapter of The Forsaken, plus two new authors, [taw] and [gloria b], both of whom are amazing writers, so be sure to check them out. Put up two new illustrations by me, plus some gift art by Katkitoshi and Miss Roray, who is starting a doujinshi of Smells Like Teen Spirit, if you can believe it! 11/7/09 - JK about life settling down; I'm so busy!! Anyway, new chapter of The Forsaken up, and and ass ton of artwork. Two by me, two sketches for a commission I'm waiting for by dA artist LanWu, and then some gift art. The ones by mahii you will have to scroll down for since she was one of the first people to ever send me artwork. (About five or so years ago!) 10/12/09 - Life finally seems to be settling down! Sorry for the lack of updates, but at least I have a decent pile of things here. Two new chapters of my fic, The Forsaken, plus two new pieces of art by me. There is also a piece of giftart from new artist, Katkitoshi. I would also really like to recommend the story [prerequisite], a fanfic I found on ff.net and would love to host at some point. One of the pics I'm posting today is fanart for this, so in order to better understand it, go read!! It's definitely the best fic I've read in a really long time.

8/28/09 - It's been a crazy summer, and I'm in the process of moving back to New York, so things have been especially busy at the moment. At least I finally settled on a winner for the contest, which is the lovely GWApricot. Let me tell you, it was so hard to choose; all the entries were great! I'm going to do prize art as soon as I get a chance. I also updated my fanfic, The Forsaken, and added some new fanart. I'm going to start hunting for more content to post up; I know there's got to be some good fics out there. Feel free to rec me anything you come across =D

7/12/09 - I'm sorry it took me a long time to get those contest entries up, but I finally posted them for your reading pleasure! I was waiting for a story that never came and decided it wasn't fair to make anyone wait any longer. I will post the winner when I finish the prize art, but know that the choosing was hard since all three entries were great reads. Thank you to those who entered.

In other news, I updated my fic, The Forsaken, with two new chapters and put up some new fanart. And for those of you who are interested, I am taking orders for my artbook, so if you'd like one, please email me for more info. They will be $35.

I have some more artwork to batch and upload, but that will probably not happen until after I'm done with all this crazy school stuff, but there's some I scanned today in the gallery now. 4/12/09 ~ Sorry yet again for not updating in a while. Suffice to say, this year has been... rough. Anyway, I've put up the first three chapters of my new fic project and a one-shot danse wrote to make me feel better about my dad. There are also three new pictures from me in the art section and a section for new artist I found on dA. I was so excited she gave me permission to archive her artwork; her Paul Pope style is really unique and cool, especially for GW fanart!!

3/16/09 ~ NEW URL!!! Trying to get a few little kinks ironed out, so once again, sorry for any discrepancies in the layout, since I'm going to have to change it again to go with the new address. But that's my problem, lol. Have a new fic by me and also a new piece of art I just stuck up here for the moment, since I'm editing a bunch of crap, but expect a real update later. Like when life isn't trying to murder me =P

2/17/09 ~ OH MY GAWD GUYZ, I AM SO SORRY FOR THE DOWNTIME!!! *begs for forgiveness profusely* Didn't expect to run into the snafus I did while trying to straighten out some registration stuff for my domain, and though it's still not totally worked out, at least I figured out how to mirror the site until everything is back to normal. I MIGHT have to change the URL, so keep your eyes peeled, because I'll be sure to LET YOU GUYS KNOW THIS TIME.

In the meantime, I added a bunch of new art from me and a piece I commissioned from an amazing artist on dA who does the best CLAMP-like art!! There's also a little bit of pr0n from me AND THEN THE END OF CATHOLIC SCHOOLBOYS (that's three new chapters and an epilogue). Also, there's two new fics from Zazu. I have a few other things to throw up, but all in good time. Whew!! *wipes sweat from brow*

11/4/08 ~ HAY WHUT'S DIFFERENT, GUYZ??? I hope you guys all like the new layout; it's been a long time in coming and I've been meaning forever. (Love how it took a school assignment to make it happen.) 6/19/08 ~ Nothing much today. Just a new ficlet by Cozzybob and some new art by me, Ninmu Kali and my friend, Vince. Most importantly, though, one of the pieces I put up today is [the prize art for the contest's winning fic], so check it out! There might be more art for that story if the artist I'd asked to help me out when I was so busy ends up finishing her prize pic, but I just felt bad for making poor Sister Cacao wait so long! 5/18/08 ~ Okay, so basically life wants to viciously slaughter me. So sorry for the wait again, but on the bright side, I put a TON of shit up today. I haven't got the prize for the last contest done because I was so swamped with work, I commissioned another artist to do it for me. However, I DO have about 15 other pieces that I put up today from my strangely prolific bout of depression. I also have some new pieces of art from Natea, Jess Eklom and Ninmu Kali. Also, in the fic section, there's a new part of Catholic Schoolboys Rule! a one-shot I started around Halloween and only just finished and two drabbles by me. Then there's two new authors with fics (Cozzy Bob, who writes a lean, mean Duo-machine *__*, and Ravengirl, who did a fun, experimental piece). AAAAAND there's more Deadly Beautiful by danse! SO GO TO IT AND WALLOW IN THE HEERO-DUO YAYNESS!! *dance* OMG... thesis time...

2/10/08 ~ OMG, I'm so sorry to everyone who's been waiting for me to update. Life has taken me by the teeth and gnawed on me 'til I was bloody and broken O___O I have a decent amount of additions here, as well as the results for the fanfic contest that was going on here last year. 11/5/07 ~ Well, Moments of Rapture is finished for this year, so I can finally post up the fruits of my labour over the summer... Working on this story is part of why I was quiet for so long. Anyway, I have the fanart I did for Fancy Figures' Close Proximity finally up (still need to get around to posting that and her other long stories; I lose at life); also, a new and gorgeous pic of Heero from Natea, and a new addition to the Poetry Project by Dannee in Wonderland. If anyone is interested in picking that up, please, please let me know! That's something I kinda wished had taken off a bit more, lol.

I'm gonna try and get back into the groove with things. I think I'm gonna start some art today so that KD can get around to doing that hardcore surgery on UtB for me.



04/05/06 ~ Summer is officially here for me, which means I'll finally have four months to do some major catch-up work in the fandom! Yay! I've got all those pretty birthday pictures people did for me up at last (thanks to Jania and lycoras), plus two really hott pics of Heero from Natea! From me, there's a new piece of fanart that I did, inspired by Casey Valhalla's Great America, which I highly rec, even though it's not finished. Sadly, my scanner isn't big enough to get the whole pic, but it did well enough. Hope you like it! I also threw up a little drabbly thing I wrote for the gw_bakery LJ comm about a month ago.

Keep an eye out for a shiny new layout as soon as I do new art (shout out to KD of The Vent for offering to do it for me), and you all better be gearing up for the release of Stadium Arcadium next Tuesday. California, rest in peace!

04/23/06 ~ Wow, been ages since my last update, huh? Sorry I've been really busy with the end of the schoolyear; I didn't even update for my birthday! A bunch has happened, but I'll try and make it as brief as possible so you can get to the Heero/Duo joy. A hearty welcome to the two newest authors, HostileCrayon and WickedGame; go check out their stories! I promise I'll get around to doing the rest of my very belated birthday update in a week or so when school is over, but there were a few things that required a bit more immediate attention.

Also, if anyone hasn't heard, we have a lovely new LJ community just for 1=2! Whether you're aware of the intense drama over it in the past week or not, I really hope it's something you'll come around to visit, support and develop your own opinion on. 03/05/06 ~ Couple of announcements this time around! First off, I have a fic for my friend's Christmas birthday up today, a bit late, but up nonetheless. I really hope you guys enjoy it, because it's a long, obnoxious story as to how that fic even came into existence. Also, I have new SLTS fanart up from Nimue Kali, so go check that out.

The last announcement is that I upgraded the prize for the contest. The winner will get the black and white oil painting I did of Heero a few months ago. 02/16/06 ~ Well, I sure hope everyone had a nice V-day; even if you don't have a sweetheart, you coulda made good on it by just juicing it up on Heero and Duo joy -- like I did, hehe. Anyway, moving on. First off, we've got a new chapter of [gravity zero] by Freya-sama and two new chapters of [splendor restored] by BadMomma, so go and enjoy those. I'm working on gathering some of Fancy Figures' larger stories so you can have them conveniently at your disposal, so look out for that in the near future, as well as the infamous 'Fic Formally Known as Christmas' that I finally finished in the middle of last night. Now that's an angsty story for ya. Also, I smacked up a shiny banner for my Halloween fic from last year, [within you, without you]; I placed first in the supernatural category in the annual Yaoiful Yuletide contest that The Vault hosts every year. Yay achievement!

01/23/06 ~ First update of the new year! Wow, that's really sad. OhayoCon has come and gone (for pics, click this [this] and go through them backwards if you want to see them in order), and school's been eating my life, hence why I've been a major failure at posting things. The story I was working on for X-Mas deleted itself, but I'm now working on a less holiday-based version of the same thing on the rewrite. With that, I can get back to the big multipart I'd started last summer. Anyway, enough of that; I have two new things for all you Heero and Duo junkies who are starved for the lurve. One is that I've finally caught up with all the chapters I was too lazy to post for Deadly Beautiful, so go check that if you're behind. The other is that I have a new story by Freya-samma called Gravity Zero that just looks absolutely wonderful, so definitely go check that out, too! Other news is that I have some new sketches up in the artwork section, if you care to take a gander at what I've been up to over the holidays, and also, Natea's closed and awarded the winning prize of her contest to Kebzero. 10/11/05 ~ Yeah, yeah, I know I keep promising things like a new layout and such, but things have gotten a bit busy with school, so we'll just have to see how things play out. However, I do promise that I'll have the rules of the new contest up as soon as the excitement from the GWyaoi.org Novella Challenge has quieted down. On the note of contests, don't forget that Natea's Canonball Run contest has about a month and a half left!

As for new stories, you can be appeased with the newest one by danse: Les Ombres Rebelles, which is affectionately known as 'the shinobi fic', if that's any incentive. Very fun ride! Go check it out!

9/6/05 ~ New chapter of Splendor Restored! Whoohoo! Also, I have two new pieces of fanart, which I submitted to the GWyaoi.org art contest. Speaking of, as soon as that's over, I'll have the rules for my new contest up, so keep your eyes and ears open for that. And a new layout, too, hehe. (Finally put the layout pen drawings on the compy! Whee!) Oh, and if you haven't visted my LJ recently, you'd have missed my recent discovery that I can apparently draw mecha. I'm taking comissions for 48cm x 61cm posters of a Gundam/Eva/mecha and a pilot; if you're interested, let me know! Enjoy!

8/29/05 ~ Ah, bet you all thought I'd died, eh? Well, you were wrong! Summer was surprisingly busy, actually, and then there was Otakon -- pictures of which can be found on my LJ until I get around to posting the link on my little con pics site. On top of that, I've just moved to New York City to begin school, so... yeah.... But enough about that -- there are a few very important things to say! One, as I promised, I'm working on a new story, though I'm not quite sure if I'm going to post it soon or save it for next year's GWyaoi.org novella contest. We'll see, I guess. Also, I have a new contest in mind, the details of which will be posted as soon as said novella contest closes -- just so you won't be tempted or anything. (On the subject, I was almost really nice and was thinking of giving a Nattsu Kume doujinshi signed by Scott McNeil as the prize, but then selfishness won out. Sorry, guys.) I also have some new layout art in the works, and as soon as I can find a scanner, that will happen. Yay for new colours! There is also a new chapter of danse's Deadly Beautiful, so yay for that too!

Lastly, and very importantly, there was a piece of gift fanart I had to remove. I feel bad that it's taken me so long to get around to it, but I was informed a few weeks ago by an artist in the Inu Yasha fandom that one of the drawings on the site was copied from one of hers. Now, much as I love Inu Yasha, I don't really dabble in the fandom at all, so I wasn't aware of this; however, when I saw the original picture of Inu Yasha and compared it to the drawing of Duo I was given, it was clear where the influence was. Guys, it's one thing to use official art -- or any art, really -- as a basis, but copying line for line... that's plagerism! I won't stand for it! Hopefully, we can all glean a little lesson from all of this. Thanks, and enjoy danse's new chapter!

7/12/05 ~ Okay, so nothing new by me, but that's okay, because what I do have is the two newest chapters of BadMomma's awesome 'fic Splendor Restored. I'm working on a new story, a new layout and a new contest, so keep your eyes out for those in the (hopefully) near future!

6/23/05 ~ Well, if you haven't figured it out by now, chapter 55 of SLTS was lurking on my FTP ever since 54 went up. So it is today, my friends, at this ridiculously depressing morning hour, that I post the final chapter of Smells Like Teen Spirit, Chapter 56, 'We Are the Champions'. I really hope that all of you enjoyed the story and will continue to not only read my stuff, but love Heero and Duo as an equal pair, perfect because they can just be. I'm not sure what fanfics I'll get up this summer because I'm madly writing something for the GWyaoi.org novella contest, but there's something to look forward to, then!

Also up this morning is the prize for the Footprints contest at long last! I've been lazy/picky about the runner-up prizes, so please be patient on those. I'll send the original drawing out to Lassafara soon-ish! Promise!

A new contest will be up this next month, so keep an eye out for that! I hope even more of you will join the spirit of writing stories for Heero and Duo!

Perhaps it will be a wake-up call to re-examine your views of Heero and Duo and their relationship. So, to make up for my tactlessness, I offer her (she knows damn well who she is!), Merith and danse (who helped dig me out of the miserable rut I'd flung myself into) this holiday 'fic I've finally finished. On another note, I don't think I'll be posting SLTS up on ff.net again because I'm not only really lazy, but also really pissed at them. They've done their job, and now that I've shamelessly peddled myself to your doorstep, I can steal their traffic by directing you here! Really, it's not so much the pulling-down-of-the-story that got to me so bad, but the loss of all those reviews! So if you contributed one of the 3, 187 reviews SLTS had when it was pulled, I thank you. And yes, I read every, single one. They kept me going! So, in leiu of ff.net, do keep that feedback coming! And I'll keep my stories going!
